This porcelain stoneware doorstep, measuring 82,7×51,2 inch, welcomes you at the entrance of the restaurant “Le Bouillon du Commerce”, Place du Commerce in Nantes.

This graphic creation was inspired by the work “La grande volière” by the Maison Pierre Frey, where life-size exotic birds mingle with the foliage. Creating a surprise effect in the middle of the plants, these feathered animals invite you to an adventure.

Thank you Chifoumi, I am very happy with the collaboration between Le Bouillon du Commerce and your craft. Nobility in the materials, delicacy and originality in the graphics, a forgotten know-how brought up to date by two expert and passionate Nantes women… I hope that in 100 years this mosaic will still be in place and that it will be preserved like some still visible but too rare in Nantes. Bravo, I can’t wait to see you work on other projects!

WE DELIVER ALL OVER EUROPE AND THE WORLD

Our mosaics are all handmade in our Nantes workshop. We work with mesh, and ship the mosaic sheets in a custom-made wooden box by courier. A qualified tiler will take care of the installation and grouting.
